  • We close for all government observed holidays and additional days as posted on our web-site or recorded messages.

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services issued by YBL

Billing Address

  • We will ship to a different address other than the billing address when indicated on the order form.
  • All orders will ship the following business day. We will not overnight ship any orders.
  • Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are issued a full refund.
  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order by contacting us at 1-907-375-8777 or support@yourbusinesslifestyle.com.
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships whichever comes first.
  • If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued within 7 days by the method the order was originally charged.
  • If a cancellation is placed after the order ships it is up to the customer to refuse the package. Once the refused package is received to the refund department a full refund will be processed (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of receipt of the refused package by the method the order was originally charged or by check.
  • YBL reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund if company sees fit.

Overnight Shipments

  • All orders will ship the following business day. We will not overnight ship any orders.

Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are issued a full refund.
  • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order by contacting us at 1-907-375-8777 or support@yourbusinesslifestyle.com.

Returns

YBL has a 365 day No Hassle Return Policy with the following conditions:

  • All package contents must be in “as new” condition and all items must be delivered in a single package in order to be refunded.
  • 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee.
  • Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be made by the original method funded or by check at the sole discretion of YBL.
  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. The money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
  • Shipping of the product from YBL will not be refunded.
  • Shipping of the product to the YBL Refund Department will not be compensated.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product via a courier that can insure and provide you with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: either delivery confirmation or signature.

International Shipments

  • Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs.

Consulting & Coaching

  • MEMBERSHIPS/SUBSCRIPTIONS: You may cancel a subscription at any time by going to https://yourbizblog.biz/my-account/ or contacting our office at 1-907-375-8777 Clients are responsible for scheduling and participating in subscription services. No refunds will be issued for subscription services unless cancelled within 72 hours of enrollment, or before any coaching appointments have been scheduled or webinars have been delivered. Once the monthly webinar has been delivered, and/or after coaching appointments have been confirmed on the coach calendar, subscription services are considered to have been delivered for the current month and no refund for that month will be issued.
  • CONSULTING AGREEMENTS: Satisfaction guaranteed terms and conditions will be established (when applicable) specifically within the offer or agreement for consulting. No refunds shall be offered, where a consulting service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
  • Results are not guaranteed: With respect to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, adequacy, completeness, or suitability of information provided during coaching or consulting engagements, YBL, its partners, associates, affiliates, consultants, and/or presenters make no warranties, representations, or claims of any kind. Participants results vary based on many factors, including client willingness and ability to follow all instruction.

Force Majeure

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions are held to be illegal, void or in conflict with any Alaska or Federal law, the validity of the remainder of the terms remains operative and binding.

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
